WHY SHOULD I COOK SOUS VIDE?

Here’s two great tips for at home sous vide cooking:

    1. Place your bag UPRIGHT into a tall plastic container before adding the liquid. This keeps the liquid from spilling and keeps your hands free to continue the prep.
    2. STRAIN your crafted limoncello VODKA after it cools to room temperature when pouring into the bottle for freezing. You can save and refrigerate the lemon peels and use as a garnish!
