Our comprehensive project and construction management services are determined by your project’s particular scope of work and typically involves assisting homeowners and business owners, as well as Home Owners Associations (HOA) and Property Management firms, manage their large interior and architectural design, finishing, and construction related work (i.e., repairs, value engineering, bidding contract and change order evaluations, and on-site construction management through the final installation of furnishings).
FOUR POINT provides the management expertise, leadership, structure, and support in streamlining the project process, administration, billing, and communication. We will evaluate the project scope and design a custom (in the case of large projects, especially) project management framework with a single point of contact, to assist our client in streamlining the process and advise on all construction and design related issues.
Additionally, FOUR POINT will align the management framework with the project’s trades, contractors, architects and engineers, for maximum communication and efficiency and oversee the on-site work to confirm that all work has been performed properly, on time, and completed as contracted.
