It’s Showcase season and THIS beautiful butler’s pantry, (and all its perfect details and massive storage), is on my mind this morning! I’ve always LOVED the concept of this type of space. Sometimes referred to as a scullery, this functional space historically served as a place for a staff to polish, prep, and store elegant serving pieces (china, silver, etc.). Built adjacent to the main kitchen and dining spaces, it has become one of the most requested items on our client’s remodeling vision lists! We’ve designed and built a few of these magical spaces over the years and they are certainly one of our favorite spaces to craft! From primary en suites and luxury executive offices, to kitchens and dining rooms, the options and creative design opportunities to add a little practical function and elegant beauty to your home or offices are limitless! In this version, our concept was to focus on coffee, wine, and dessert! Who’s ready for a latte?

The sun is shining and it’s getting warm, (although this means it’s also itchy-eye season - IYKYK)…BUT…it’s totally fine because the flowers are SO beautiful! Today, it’s been a day full of site visits, client meetings, check-ins, errands, and last bits of prep for a wild week at High Point Market! Excited to be inspired and can’t wait to see colleagues, dear friends, reps, and of course, resource for my incredible clients! I’ll be in the @seasonal_living_trd showroom most of THIS visit though, so if you’re in the INTERHALL building, come and see me! Getting close to the homestretch on our #4ptclientpatienceisagloriousvirtue project and I couldn’t be more excited! This 3+ year project has been a beautiful lesson in patience, technique, details, communication, respect, perseverance, and commitment. Can’t wait to shoot this stunning home and share it all with you (soon!!!). For now, we’ll just have to celebrate and embrace the glorious journey, and the idea that all great things take time!!! Friday mood. Celebrating the details. 🩶 It was an unbelievably busy, exciting, productive, right brain - left brain all-consuming, creative week of travel, site walks, team meetings, client meetings, zoom calls, more meetings, and even MORE meetings; and SO worth every single exhausting moment! Welp, that’s a wrap on the 2024 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show, and what a show it was!!! There’s no question that our industry has made it through the last three years to see triumph once again. There was certainly no shortage of creativity, innovation, enthusiasm and exceptional product diversity! (And on a side note: I actually WALKED the entire show in zero pain - no cane, which in itself was insanely exciting! First time walking without pain in 7 years!!!)

A massive congratulations to the @houseofrohl team for winning BEST LARGE BOOTH DESIGN and all the talented designers who crafted such glorious vignettes! I’m so honored to have been selected again to this’s years booth vignettes design team! To be in such stellar company was so inspiring.
