A SPANISH BUNGALOW FOR TWO PLEASE

A cozy 1930’s Spanish bungalow nestled in Hollywood, CA, gets a restoration makeover, bringing back all of the home’s original charm and character. We were faced with many unforeseen challenges on this project; delays due to record rainfall, family emergencies, a few rounds of COVID, permit processing, and city timelines. However, we were truly blessed to have clients who responded with the most gracious patience, intelligence, and faith in our team, which allowed us to work intuitively to deliver a high quality project, where EVERY detail was thoughtfully executed.

We wanted this home to be a beautiful and deeply authentic reflection of our lovely clients: their vision; love for art, music, cooking, photography, entertaining; and zest for life, family, and love!  This was the inspiration that kept this exquisitely charming, CLEAN FRESH MODERN project focused and uplifted to completion!
